BY MAKING A PAYMENT ON YOUR CAKE ORDER, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE POLICIES

DESIGN:

Client understands that Lisa’s Bouqcakes will interpret and execute the decided cake design as close as possible to any picture used in the design process with the understanding that slight variations may be present in the final design. In addition, none of my products will ever replicate or look identical to another photo, and I will not make direct copies of other baker's work or my own. Lisa’s Bouqcakes is not able to provide a refund for a cake or other product that does not look identical to a photo.  I will also do my best to come as close to colors requested on order forms, but please be aware that coloring can be subjective in nature and can vary from one computer screen to another. If a color needs to be “matched”, Client will need to supply and drop off to Lisa’s Bouqcakes. 

DESIGN CHANGES:

The Client may request changes to the cake design up until 21 days prior to event date. The Client understands that making any changes to the design, flavors, or decor of the cake order will affect the final cost of the cake and may require additional payment, even if the original retainer has already been made. After the window of time closes, Lisa’s Bouqcakes cannot accept any further changes to design of the cake due to scheduling, purchasing, and preparation for the order that will already be underway by that time.

PAYMENT:

Orders and dates are NOT held or secure until payment is received. Orders booked more than a month prior to pickup require a non-refundable retainer fee of 50% to be made to secure your order date. Final payment is then due 14 days before order pickup. For Clients who choose to only pay a down payment to secure a calendar spot, full payment is required no less than 2 weeks before the event. If you do not pay and/or ignore communication from Lisa’s Bouqcakes, the Client risks losing their non-refundable retainer and their spot on my calendar. 

Orders booked less than a month prior to pick up require full payment of order. Once the order is approved and finalized, my cancellation policy is in effect.  

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations to orders are accepted up until 21+ days prior to the date of pick up.  If the Client is needing to cancel a cake order 21+ days before the date and you have paid in full, I will reimburse 50% of payment. The Client understands that should they cancel their order, the retainer is non-refundable. If canceled less than 21 days of the order due date, no matter when the order was secured, there will be no refund of the retainer or any payments made.

ALLERGEN DISCLAIMER:

All my edible artwork creations are baked and decorated in a domestic kitchen setting. I am unfortunately unable to cater to specific allergy requirements. I do not offer gluten free, dairy free, vegan, or low sugar products. All cupcakes/cakes contain wheat, milk, eggs, and soy.  In addition, nuts and nut by-products are other allergens found within the home kitchen.  

Please be aware that although ingredients such as nuts and nut by products are not used in my cake products they are still used in my kitchen, so I cannot guarantee that any of my cakes are allergen free. If you chose to place an order, Lisa’s Bouqcakes cannot be held responsible for any medical issues that arise from consumption of the product.
